Olivia Corfey, LMHC, Owner

Liv, LMHC, (She/Her) is a versatile psychotherapist who brings a warm, collaborative, and uniquely vibrant energy to the therapeutic process. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University. Liv’s clinical background includes intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs, where she specialized in leading dynamic group therapy sessions while simultaneously maintaining an individual caseload. Since then, she’s been providing comprehensive outpatient care in group private practice settings.
Liv possesses a broad and adaptable clinical scope, with extensive experience working across a wide spectrum of ages. This includes tailored support for adolescents navigating modern developmental challenges and adults 55+ processing life transitions, grief, and legacy. Her therapeutic approach is deeply integrative and tailored to the unique narrative of each client.
Known for her authenticity, Liv firmly believes that healing does not have to be sterile. She frequently incorporates humor into her sessions, utilizing wit and lightness to break down walls, de-stigmatize deep-seated challenges, and help clients feel genuinely seen and comfortable. Outside of the office, Liv is an avid dog lover who can usually be found going on walks, listening to murder mystery podcasts, or reading the next bestseller.
Juliana Norton, LMHC, Owner

Background
Juliana Norton, LMHC (She/Her) is an approachable, relational psychotherapist who aims to foster learning and ease in the therapeutic space. She earned her Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Advanced Trauma-Informed Concentration from Bay Path University. Juliana established her clinical foundation working in high-acuity intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization settings, specializing in substance use and co-occurring disorders.Current Focus
Today, she applies that experience to help adolescents and adults unpack the heavy stuff- including anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, PTSD, depression, ADHD, grief, major life transitions, and OCD. Juliana invites creativity into the therapeutic process when desired, integrating expressive arts, visualization, and reflective writing techniques to help clients freely share experiences. She meets her clients with authenticity, never hesitating to use some (mostly) well-timed silliness to soften the initial adjustments entering the therapy room.
Passion Populations
Also in her outpatient practice, Juliana creates an affirming, dedicated space for the whole LGBTQ+ community, with a particular focus on individuals navigating gender identity exploration. She is equally passionate about reproductive and perinatal wellness, delivering trauma-informed care to those moving through the raw experiences of postpartum, infertility, or infant loss.
Outside of Therapy
When she is not in the therapy chair, she is usually starting new backyard gardening projects, getting lost in a fantasy trilogy, trying new crockpot recipes, prepping overnight oats, or trying to convince her dog and cat that she loves them both equally.
Our Origin Story.
Mayflower Counseling and Wellness is built upon a shared vision.
We are two colleagues turned friends who are aligned in our clinical values and personal interests. It started with workplace interactions sharing interesting new interventions, and led to long talks about fantasy novels, our beloved pets (see below!), and funny travel experiences.
Conversations about these book worlds included deep dives into complex main characters and how they showed resilience throughout hardships. We didn’t want what we loved most about these stories (the chosen families, the healing, the perseverance, the humor) to stay within the pages.
Focusing on growth (despite the weeds), new beginnings, and groundedness, we thought flowers represented our vision. Coincidentally, this story began in the same place that chose the Mayflower as its state flower. Massachusetts.
We thought that by taking a chance and putting down roots, with the right conditions and care, we can blossom into something more than us. We hope Mayflower feels a little like embarking on a new story at the right time.
